had my car detailed at Best Auto today, and they did a fantastic job. I have two little boys who had absolutely destroyed the back seat of my SUV, but Carlos went above and beyond to get it looking like new again. His attention to detail was incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Best Auto Detailing!

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I mentioned that they left scratches on my hood for them to give me a bunch of excuses and claimed they only use “high quality towels”. The scratches were not there before, point blank period. You can’t control if your employees are dropping rags or being negligent. No sorry, no type of accountability. At that point, I was already annoyed. Then, I had to ask them to come back to wipe some more areas down. I didn’t even have the energy to point out other things missed such as multiple handprints on my windshield, bugs on the bumper, and other smudges on the interior. Worst detail ever and super upsetting. Just because you “wash hundreds of cars a day” and “detail nice cars all the time”, does not mean YOU didn’t drop the ball and are not capable of dropping the ball. DO NOT GO HERE! I paid money for them to scratch my car bc the wash and vacuum was for nothing. And for the owner to respond the way he did, I expect nothing less for a business that’s not going to be around for more than a couple more months. UNPROFESSIONAL. Today was my first time there and my car needed to be cleaned but wasn’t overly dirty and I’m kind of disappointed because the reviews were great. I opted for the $140 service to really get a deep clean on my car. There’s nothing online that outlines their services or what’s included so when the guy who checked me in rattled off services, I just assumed the more expensive option would include carpet cleaning. I picked it up 20 minutes ago and I noticed a stain on the back seat carpet that I really would have thought they would have cleaned. I took a wet napkin and just wiped it a little bit and it immediately came up so either it was ignored or I just way over paid for a very middle of the road service. Will not be returning. Reaching out for either a refund or to have my car reserviced. This is unacceptable.

What a welcoming experience. BEST AUTO DETAILING , Carlos, Thank you for your great auto details and great personal customer service. This auto detailing company has been at this location for 9 years. The detailing service we received was personal and professional. The service was thorough and quick. While our car was being serviced, we met the owner Carlos and found out that we had a lot in common. There are waiting chairs outside of the waiting room, but here is ample chairs in the waiting room of the office. The office has air conditioning and was a pleasure to sit in on a hot 90° Atlanta summer day. Best auto detailing prices are very affordable, I've paid more for auto detailing and received less in service and professionalism. I recommend BEST AUTO DETAILING to anyone who is looking for topnotch auto detailing services.
